Built for life around the water. If your ePropLock battery lock stops doing its job, we will help put it right.
What is covered
The guarantee applies to the original owner of an ePropLock battery lock purchased from ePropLock Shop or an authorised retailer. Cover lasts for the lifetime of that product.
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure during normal use
- Normal wear and tear that prevents the lock functioning as intended
- Accidental damage to the battery lock
- Loss or theft of the battery lock itself
Repair or replacement
Where practical, we may provide replacement parts or repair guidance. If that will not restore normal function, we may replace the battery lock with the same model or the closest current equivalent. Customers may receive up to three full replacements through the lifetime guarantee program.
Lost or stolen locks
If the ePropLock battery lock itself is lost or stolen, a full replacement is available with a £25 processing fee. This cover does not extend to the battery, motor, boat, keys, or any other property the lock was protecting.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover deliberate damage, misuse, unauthorised alteration, incorrect installation, cosmetic changes that do not affect function, or damage to other property. Proof of purchase and reasonable evidence of the issue, loss, or theft may be required before a claim is approved.
Making a claim
Contact ePropLock Shop with your order details, a description of what happened, and photographs where available. We will review the claim and confirm whether a part, repair, or replacement is appropriate. This guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights.
