See it in action
A short look at how the ePropLock Battery Lock fits, and how it stops the battery being lifted out.
Watch the ePropLock Battery Lock being fitted and locked on an ePropulsion Spirit outboard.
Why it makes a great Christmas present
Practical, personal and genuinely useful — the kind of gift a boat owner actually keeps.
A gift they wouldn't buy themselves
Nobody puts an outboard lock on their own wish list — which is exactly why it makes such a good surprise for a boat-mad friend or relative.
Solves a real problem
The Spirit battery is designed to be removable — but that also means it can be removed from the motor when left fitted. ePropLock prevents the battery release mechanism from being operated while the its fitted.
Gift-ready, no wrapping genius required
Compact, practical and built for life on the water — and every order includes a free ePropLock Floaty Keyring in the box.
Backed for life
Every ePropLock comes with a Lifetime Guarantee covering defects, damage, loss and theft — a promise that outlasts the big day.

Built to float
Dropped overboard? The ePropLock Battery Lock and keyring float, making it easier to spot and retrieve from the water.
Watch the ePropLock Battery Lock and keyring stay afloat after being dropped into the water.
One practical gift
The ePropLock Battery Lock includes free UK postage and a free ePropLock Floaty Keyring. We ship worldwide — delivery outside the UK is charged at checkout.
Battery Lock Only
The ePropLock Battery Lock on its own. It blocks the battery handle so the removable battery can't be lifted out of the ePropulsion Spirit outboard.
What lands under the tree
2 sets of keys per lock
The Battery Lock comes with 2 sets of keys — one for them, one to keep safe at home.
Free ePropLock Floaty Keyring
Included with every purchase — a floating keyring that doubles as a spare for the lock keys.

Christmas gift questions
Will this fit my ePropulsion Spirit motor?
The Battery Lock is compatible with ePropulsion Spirit Battery Plus, Spirit 1.0 Plus, and Spirit Evo.
Is this an official ePropulsion product?
No. We are owners of ePropulsion outboards ourselves and big fans, but ePropLock is an aftermarket security product and is not manufactured or endorsed by ePropulsion.
How much is shipping?
Postage is free to UK addresses. Delivery to other countries is charged and calculated at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship worldwide. UK postage is free; delivery to other countries is charged and calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Orders to UK addresses include everything — there is nothing more to pay. For orders outside the UK, your country's customs authority may charge import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee when the parcel arrives, and these are the buyer's responsibility. They are set by your country, not by us, and are usually collected by the courier before the parcel is handed over.
How do I secure the ePropulsion outboard itself?
We would recommend using a stainless steel transom lock, available from most online chandleries.
Are these compatible with the Spirit 2 outboards?
No, but we are currently testing a new product to fit this new generation model, so we will have an option available soon.
